Warranty Information

Customer satisfaction is supported through a limited product warranty designed to ensure confidence in every purchase. Products are manufactured to meet quality and safety expectations and are intended to perform reliably when used under normal household conditions. The limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and confirms that eligible items are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a defined period beginning on the date of purchase or, for items purchased online, the delivery date.

To receive warranty assistance, customers must provide documentation confirming the original transaction. Accepted proof may include a dated sales receipt, digital order confirmation, packing slip, or gift receipt showing the purchase date. This information is necessary to confirm eligibility and determine whether the request falls within the applicable warranty period. Claims submitted without valid supporting documents may be delayed or denied.

Warranty evaluations are handled individually and are subject to review. If a defect covered under the warranty is confirmed, the available resolution may include repair, replacement parts, product replacement, or exchange for an item with comparable value and function. The choice of remedy remains solely at the discretion of the provider. No additional compensation, reimbursement, or alternative remedies are included under the terms of this warranty agreement. Customers may also contact the original retailer to review any return, exchange, or refund options that may independently apply according to that seller’s policies.

Coverage under this warranty is available only when products have been assembled, operated, cleaned, and maintained according to the instructions provided with the item. Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, incorrect assembly, accidents, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow safety recommendations is not covered. Products obtained secondhand, transferred from another owner, or purchased through unauthorized resale channels are excluded from warranty protection. Cosmetic wear resulting from ordinary use, including fading, scratches, dents, scuff marks, or discoloration over time, is considered normal and is not treated as a manufacturing defect. Damage related to battery leakage, corrosion, environmental exposure, or improper storage conditions is also excluded unless directly caused by a proven production issue. Continued use of a visibly damaged product may increase the risk of injury or further deterioration, and no responsibility is accepted for damage resulting from use after defects become apparent.

Certain categories of products may carry specialized warranty periods due to their intended design and use. Inflatable recreational products intended for wet or dry play may include limited fabric coverage for a period of ninety days from the original purchase date. Electric blowers supplied with inflatable products may carry a separate one-year warranty covering defects in workmanship or materials beginning on the purchase or delivery date. Battery-powered ride-on toys and electronic play vehicles may include ninety-day limited coverage for manufacturing defects related to parts or workmanship. All claims related to these categories require valid proof of purchase before service can be authorized.

This limited warranty grants customers specific legal protections, though additional rights may vary depending on local laws and regional consumer regulations. Some locations may not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, meaning portions of these limitations may not apply in certain jurisdictions. Where legally permitted, any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or suitability for a particular purpose, are restricted to the same duration as the express warranty period outlined above.

Customers located outside the United States or Canada should seek warranty assistance through the original retailer, distributor, or authorized seller where the product was purchased. International warranty procedures, coverage terms, and replacement policies may vary according to local regulations and distributor requirements. Consumers are encouraged to contact the original point of purchase for guidance regarding available warranty support, service instructions, and regional claim procedures.
